    个人简介

    现任上海交通大学食品科学与工程系教授、博导,中美食品安全联合研究中心主任。2012年当选为“全球食品安全法规标准统一化科学家协调组织(Global Harmonization Initiative)”委员。现担任教育部高等学校食品科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会委员,国家科学技术奖评审专家,中国食品科学技术学会常务理事,中国农业工程学农产品加工与贮藏分会常务理事,中国食品科学技术学会食品安全与标准技术分会副理事长,上海食品卫生标准化技术委员会委员,国内外多个学术期刊的编委或审稿人。曾任国务院第五届学位委员会学科评议组成员。主要从事食品安全和食品生物技术等领域的研究。
