    史贤明,男,19618月出生,现任上海交通大学食品科学与工程系主任、教授、博导,中美食品安全联合研究中心主任,国际食品科学院院士。兼任教育部高等学校食品科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会委员、中国食品保护学会副理事长、全球食品安全法规标准统一化科学家协调组织(GHI)中国委员、中国食品科学技术学会食品安全与标准技术分会副理事长、国家科学技术奖评审委员、农业部教材办公室教材建设专家委员会委员、上海市食品安全委员会专家组成员、国内外多个学术期刊的编委。曾任国务院第五届学位委员会学科评议组成员(2003-2010)。

    2016年入选国际食品科学院(IAFoST)院士;2013年被国际食品科学认证委员会授予“Certified Food Scientist”2011年当选为《科学中国人》第三期封面人物;2010年获上海交通大学十佳导师称号;2009年参与沙门氏菌国际标准起草工作;2007年获上海市优秀学科带头人称号;2003年获国际食品微生物快速培训中心“Quarter Century Fellow”称号;2003年主编了食品安全第一本国家规划教材;2001年主办了国内第一个食品安全国际会议;2001年建成了第一个食品安全农业部重点实验室;2000年获湖北省自然科学优秀论文一等奖;1998年获第二届武汉科技创业十杰青年和湖北省高等院校跨世纪学科带头人的称号;1997年在第三届亚太藻类生物技术大会上获得最佳论文奖,并被大会评价为开辟了微藻规模培养的一条新道路。作为组委会主席,组织举办了第一届和第二届中美食品安全全程控制研讨会、第三届和第六届食品安全国际论坛(上海)以及三期食品微生物快速检测培训班。倡导和参与了我国食品质量与安全本科专业的论证和建设;参与了《食品安全法》和国家中长远科技发展规划的编写;参与了北京奥运会、上海世博会做食品安全保障体系的建设工作,并邀请和组织国外参加过奥运会、世博会食品安全保障体系建设的官员和科学家来华献计献策、现场指导,为北京奥运会、上海世博会成为历届奥运会和世博会食品安全保障工作最出色的大型活动之一做出了重要贡献。四川汶川发生重大地震后,在三周内组织编写了科普丛书——《灾区食品安全手册》,为四川灾区和后来青海灾区的食品安全科普教育和灾区人民健康保障做出了重要贡献,因此,被评为中国科协抗震救灾先进个人

  • 主要致力于食品安全与微生物方面的研究,重点是食源性致病微生物分子生态及分子检测技术,主要包括:建立重要食源性致病菌的菌种库和数据库,开发食源性致病菌分子检测靶点发掘平台,建立食源性致病菌基因分型方法体系,形成食源性致病菌基因功能分析体系,建立沙门氏菌抗逆分子机制研究平台,形成食源性致病菌耐药检测研究体系等。
