    个人简介

    2007年作为中国代表团代表赴纽约参加联合国关于深海生物基因资源保护的非正式磋商。

    2008年担任中国大洋深海考察第一个生物航段首席科学家。20091月起至今,被聘为上海交通大学教授,博士生导师。在上海交通大学建立了包括深海环境模拟培养、生物与环境协同演化、环境适应性机理与极端微生物资源利用四个方向的微生物海洋学研究平台。初步探讨了能量代谢与生物进化的关系;掌握了OMICs、单细胞测序与单细胞代谢分析等技术,为深部低能生物的非培养研究提供了必须的生物技术手段;领导建立了迄今国际上唯一一套正常运行的长周期、高压、流动培养系统,初步解决了深海冷泉、热液等气液混合系统长时间实验室模拟培养这一难题,为国内深入开展深海与深部生物圈研究提供了技术便利。

    共发表SCI研究论文80余篇,应邀在国际会议上做口头报告20余次。
