    个人简介

    博士,副教授。研究方向为微生物生态学。主要从事工业废水微生物处理过程微生物群落结构与功能分析、功能菌分离、功能基因的克隆、农业土壤环境的分子生态学等方面的研究工作。近几年来对焦化废水这一难降解工业废水的微生物群落的深入研究,通过以喹啉反硝化降解反应器为模型揭示了菌群结构和特定基因组成及其变化规律;特别关注Thauera属细菌这类重要的污染物分解菌,创建了一套分析Thauera属细菌的方法;在分子标识物引导的群落内关键菌群的分离技术方面有所创新;还研究农田土壤系统中反硝化菌群与氮循环关系,力图揭示了反硝化基因表达与调控机制。先后主持了2项国家自然科学基金面上项目、863重点项目子课题、教育部留学回国人员启动基金、上海市国际合作项目等科研课题。现任中国微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员,上海市微生物学会理事。
