    个人简介

    所领导的团队在国内最早系统开展微生物分子生态学研究,在复杂微生物群落结构分析技术和统计计算方法、结构与功能相关性等方面做了很多创新性工作,特别在肠道菌群与肥胖等代谢性疾病的关系方面取得重要进展,提出“代谢性疾病的肠源性学说”。在美国科学院院报(PNAS, 国际微生物生态学会会刊(ISME Journal)等刊物发表研究论文四十余篇。应邀在国际微生物生态学大会、国际人类微生物组大会、国际糖尿病技术大会、美国微生物学会年会等一系列国际会议做大会报告、特邀报告。目前的研究重点是,营养如何通过改变菌群从而影响代谢性疾病的发生和发展,以及如何挖掘、利用中国传统养生食材和中医药中的有效成分,通过调理菌群结构进行代谢性疾病的预防和治疗。
