    个人简介

    以深部生物圈极端微生物为研究对象,综合利用传统和现代微生物技术,结合基因组学和生物地球化学方法来探寻深部极端微生物适应性机理、关键代谢途径起源和极端生态系统演替等基础科学问题,并应用于工程技术的改进。近年来主持自然科学基金,海洋863,中国大洋专项,973课题等国家项目十余项。主要的研究兴趣和工作包括:

    1、揭示深海细菌环境适应的分子机制(以耐压希瓦氏菌WP3为研究模型);研究深海细菌-病毒相互作用关系。

    2、认识深海微生物群体代谢形式,其多样性,独特性和 演化过程。

    3、深部生物圈未培养古菌的功能和代谢独特性。
