天然产物生物合成、生物催化
汤志军,博士,上海交通大学生命科学技术学院长聘教轨副教授。主要从事微生物源天然产物的生物合成和生物催化研究。围绕活性显著的聚酮和聚肽天然产物,系统开展生物合成途径和新颖酶学机制的研究,以生物合成规律为指导,进行生物催化、化学-酶催化方法开发,实现复杂天然产物的高效合成和多样性创制。迄今,在Nature Chemistry、Nature Communication、Accounts of Chemistry Research、JACS、Angew等期刊发表论文发表SCI论文20余篇,申请多项发明专利。主持包括国家自然科学基金青年项目B类、C类、面上、上海市“启明星”等多个国家和省部级项目。
