研究重点: 微生物群体感应与合成生物学
2006年获新加坡国立大学博士学位,先后在新加坡分子农业生物学院、分子与细胞生物研究院工作。2010年6月加入上海交通大学生命科学与技术学院,担任微生物群体感应与合成生物学研究室主任、微生物代谢国家重点实验室和代谢与发育国际合作联合实验室独立PI、上海交通大学-上海农乐生物农药与生物肥料联合研发中心主任、上海交通大学药食同源产品开发创新团队首席。目前已经发表100多篇研究论文,出版5本学术专著,拥有6项发明专利。实验室研究方向包括:(1)植物病原黄单胞菌群体感应以及黄单胞菌-宿主互作系统生物学;(2)生物农药、黄原胶与生物材料合成生物学;(3)药食同源中药材野生抚育、仿野生栽培与产品开发创新。
