假单胞菌抗生素合成等次级代谢的分子调控与代谢工程
黄显清 博士,副教授。主要从事假单胞菌抗生素合成等次级代谢的分子调控、代谢工程及应用研究。作为负责人主持完成科技部863课题、国家自然科学基金(3项)、科技部重大研发计划子课题、上海自然基金等多项课题;作为骨干成员参与科技部973课题、科技部863重点项目等多项课题。以第一或通讯作者在Mol Microbiol、J Bacteriol、Appl Environ Microbiol 等国际微生物主流刊物上发表20多篇研究论文。参与完成的“微生物源农药申嗪霉素(M18)的研制及应用”项目获2007年度上海市科技进步一等奖 (第六完成人, 6/15)、2011年度教育部科技进步奖推广类二等奖(第十完成人, 10/15)。
