研究重点: 微生物来源天然产物的生物合成
专注于微生物来源的天然产物的发现与生物合成机制,综合运用分子遗传学、生物化学、分子酶学及结构生物学等方法,系统开展活性天然产物挖掘、生物合成途径解析、分子调控机制阐明、关键活性基团合成生物学改造等研究。聚焦于以黄脂菌素为代表的细菌来源多环氧杂蒽酮类化合物,深入研究其关键活性基团,成功发现新型氧化酶催化脱甲氧基化反应,并阐明其生物合成的分子调控机制。该工作深化了对此类化合物生物合成规律的理解,为推进其高产改造与开发应用奠定了重要理论基础。目前主持和参加国家自然基金青年基金和面上基金、科技部重点研发计划项目共4项,博士后面上及校级理科项目各1 项。以第一或通讯作者在天然产物重要期刊Natural Product Reports、Cell Chemical Biology、Applied and Environmental Microbiology、Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology等发表论文14篇。
