研究重点：
微生物天然药物创新发现与高效合成
李雷，上海交通大学生命科学技术学院/微生物代谢全国重点实验室长聘教轨副教授，博士生导师，合成微生物药物课题组组长。长期从事微生物天然药物化学与合成生物学研究，主要聚焦：1）新策略驱动的抗菌肽精准挖掘与活性评价；2）新技术驱动的微生物药物结构与产量优化。在Nat Microbiol、Adv Sci等国际学术期刊发表论文30余篇。担任J Ind Microbiol Biotechnol、mLife、Eng Microbiol与iMeta（青年）编委。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部重点研发计划项目课题与上海市合成生物学重大专项子课题等项目。
