研究重点：
计算蛋白质组学、免疫肽组学、AI驱动的精准医疗
邵文广，上海交通大学生命科学技术学院，副教授，课题组组长。主要从事免疫肽组学、蛋白质组学、质谱学的方法开发和与临床医学相结合的人工智能、大数据分析研究。以独立通讯作者或第一作者（含共同）身份在Nature Metabolism、Nature Communications、Nucleic Acids Research等期刊上发表论文。近五年来，主持国家自然科学基金2项，国家重点研发计划“前沿生物技术”专项（肿瘤疫苗关键技术及产品研发）子课题。
