研究重点：
生物合成，基因编辑，分子传感器
肖毅，博士，上海交通大学长聘副教授-特别研究员，课题组长，博士生导师。致力于两大前沿技术研究（CRISPR 基因编辑调控技术和胞内生物分子传感器技术）以此实现对细胞的精准改造与代谢和行为调控。开发的各类 CRISPR工具已广泛应用于微生物、植物和动物细胞，助力基因功能改变与调控研究。同时，开发的新型生物分子传感器可有效控制微生物代谢，提高生物产品的高效合成。相关成果发表在Trends in Biotechnology, Green Chemistry，ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering，ACS Synthetic Biology等杂志上，并申请了一系列专利。主持科技部合成生物学国家重点研发项目课题，上海市科委重点项目，国家基金委金面上项目等科研项目，并担任国际微生物经典杂志Applied and Environmental Microbiology编委。
