研究重点: 重要代谢酶类的定向进化及其在生物医药领域的应用
杨广宇研究员专注于酶工程的新技术方法开发、酶定向进化、体外合成生物学等研究,特别关注于具有重要产业应用价值的脂类、糖类、核酸等代谢酶类的研究,近年来在Science Adv., Nat. Commun., Angew. Chemie., J. Am. Chem. Soc.,等著名学术期刊上发表论文60余篇,授权发明专利30余项。获上海市科学技术奖一等奖,中国发明创业奖人物奖等荣誉。2015年创立武汉瀚海新酶生物科技有限公司,产品出口到海外25个国家与地区,服务超过2000余家国内外生物医药、疫苗制备、体外诊断试剂生产厂家。
