研究重点:
DNA磷硫酰化修饰和微生物天然产物生物合成
由德林于2001年获得吉林大学生物化学博士学位,随后在北京大学进行博士后研究。他于2003年在上海交通大学生命科学技术学院工作,历任副教授、教授、长聘教授。2010-2011年在麻省理工学院进行合作研究。研究领域涉及微生物天然产物生物合成和DNA大分子磷硫酰化修饰。研究工作系统阐明了细菌中DNA磷硫酰化修饰的生理生化功能、基因组分布规律和调控机制,揭示了若干服务于中国农业生产的农用抗生素的生物合成机制,获得多个农用抗生素基因工程高产菌株并应用于生产。以通讯作者在PNAS、Cell Chemical Biology等期刊发表论文50余篇,先后主持承担国家自然科学基金重点及面上项目10项,主持及参与重大新药创制国家科技重大专项、国家高技术研究发展计划重大及重点项目10余项。
