研究重点:
菌群结构与功能;土壤氮转化微生物;微生物资源利用
主要从事复杂环境微生物群落结构与功能分析、功能菌分离、功能基因的克隆、农业土壤环境和有机污染环境的分子生态学、以及土壤微生物与植物互作关系等方面的研究工作。我们对细菌群落中关键角色的识别以及氧化亚氮气体排放的微生物学机制进行系统研究。我们在复杂微生物群落的宏基因组学方面也有很好的专业知识。先后主持了 5 项国家自然科学基金面上项目、及科技部重点研发计划子课题、863 重点项目子课题、教育部留学回国人员启动基金、上海市农委重点科技攻关项目、多项上海市国际合作项目等科研课题,作为合作者共同完成国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然基金中欧重大国际合作项目、中石化科技创新项目等科研课题。曾获上海交通大学晨星学者、优秀教师等奖励。任上海市微生物学会常务理事、副秘书长。 发表学术论文一百三十余篇,其中SCI论文七十余篇。
