研究重点: 极端微生物、深海微生物

赵维殳,副研究员,发现了深渊高压激发微生物特殊代谢过程并解析其机制,构建了全球唯一的深渊微生物大数据库(100TB),主导建立了核酸-蛋白共提取实验流程及多组学生态分析技术(Cell, 2025 ; Microbiome, 2022)、人工智能蛋白结构组分析技术(Nat. Commun., 2022)及代谢网络分析应用(mSystems, 2021 ; Nat. Commun., 2023)等。以第一作者(含共同)及通讯作者在CellNat. Commun.、Microbiome等高水平杂志上发表论文15篇,主持承担国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划集成项目等,担任《生命科学》青年编委。具有丰富的极端环境微生物科学考察经验,完成了深渊、冷泉等载人深潜作业任务及青藏高原热泉等野外工作。在国家自然科学基金委重大科学考察共享航次(NORC2024-801)中担任首席助理,参加的“奋斗者”号载人潜水器实现常态化科考项目,获2021中国海洋与湖沼十大科技进展(集体申报)。积极参与极端生命课程建设和教学工作,获全国青年教师教学竞赛理科组一等奖第一名、上海市青年教师教学竞赛理科组特等奖、上海市“教学能手”等。
