科研进展 | 何亚文课题组在假单胞菌源绿色农药高产研究取得重要进展
近期, 国际权威期刊《Metabolic Engineering》发表了上海交通大学生命科学技术学院、微生物代谢国家重点实验室何亚文课题组的研究成果：“Engineering the central biosynthetic and secondary metabolic pathways of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PA1201 to improve PCA production” 。文章的第一作者是博士研究生金凯明和周莲副研究员。

近期，国际权威期刊《Environmental Microbiology》和《Scientific Reports》先后发表了上海交通大学生命科学技术学院、微生物代谢国家重点实验室何亚文课题组两篇研究论文：Identification and Characterization of Naturally Occurring DSF-Family Quorum Sensing Signal Turnover System in the PhytopathogenXanthomonas；The Multiple DSF-family QS Signals are Synthesized from Carbohydrate and Branched-chain Amino Acids via the FAS Elongation Cycle。

科研进展 | 冯雁团队在酶法制备溶血鞘糖脂研究上获重要进展
近日，国际脂类代谢研究知名期刊《Journal of Lipid Research》在线发表了上海交通大学生命科学技术学院、微生物代谢国家重点实验室冯雁课题组关于鞘糖脂类化合物酶法合成的最新研究进展“A facile method for controlling the reaction equilibrium of sphingolipid ceramide N-deacylase for lyso-glycosphingolipid production” 。该研究第一作者为博士生黄锋涛，指导教师为杨广宇副研究员。

7月27日，《scientific reports》杂志在线发表了上海交通大学生命科学技术学院、微生物代谢国家重点实验室由德林教授研究小组以曹博为第一作者的研究论文“In vitro analysis of phosphorothioate modification of DNA reveals substrate recognition by a multiprotein complex” 。

10月3日，国际微生物生态学会会刊《The ISME Journal》在线发表了生命科学技术学院赵立平教授团队的研究论文《Structural modulation of gut microbiota during alleviation of type 2 diabetes with a Chinese herbal formula》。这篇论文是与中国中医科学院广安门中医院仝小林团队合作研究的成果。
